Spa Policies

At Iyara day spa we have implemented the following policies to serve you better. Please note that we cannot guarantee a manicure and pedicure to be done at the same time, especially during peak weekend hours. Please inform your therapist of any medical and health conditions which need to be taken into consideration during your treatment(s).

Service issues:

Any issues related to a service should be addressed to out front desk either in person, by phone or email within 24 hours of the service (for nails and waxing) and within 5 days for facials and other services.  Management cannot entertain any issues beyond the specified time frame.

Our staff cannot diagnose or treat any disease or medical condition, and that any care or recommendation from this facility or our technicians and therapists is not a substitute for a medical professional’s care.  You must inform our staff in a timely manner, of any changes to your health status and the medications that you are taking, as well as reactions perceived to be a result of any of our treatments.

Our products and services are not intended to treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. No results are promised or guaranteed. No liability is taken by Iyara Beauty Concepts Limited, or its employees, shareholders, or affiliates for any claims arising out of the misuse or otherwise of any products sold by Iyara Beauty Concepts Limited

No activity, comment or innuendo with a sexual nature will be tolerated.  We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion and without prior notice, if we feel we cannot offer proper service to a specific client.

Children:

Children are welcome to the shop when accompanied by an adult but we prefer that patrons with children try to visit earlier or later in the day when there are less patrons. Parents or guardians must ensure that any children that accompany them do not disturb other patrons

Late Policy

If your arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible.  Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays  or other guests as treatments and are charged at full value. Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more are cancelled with a 100% spa credit, which is yours to use for your rescheduled future reservation.  Last minute changes to appointments will be honored only if a service appointment is available for a later time in the day (of your appointment) and other guests are not inconvenienced.

Cancellations and no shows:

Because our spas are by appointment only your appointment is time reserved exclusively for you and we request that you please review our cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 4 hours’ notice. If you need to cancel your appointment you need to call us.  If we don’t answer leave your information on our answering service. We understand that illness and emergencies do occur but any client who cancels without the minimum notice rime more than once will be able to make future booking with us.

Please keep in mind that “no-shows” or last minute cancellations leave our therapists with empty appointment times as well as other guests that ca not get in but could have made it. We would appreciate your cooperation.

 

Etiquette:

We try to promote an atmosphere of tranquility and harmony for our guests and ask all patrons to respect this matter.

We reserve the right to expel guest who do not comply with spa rules. Expelled guests may be charged for any unfinished session.

 

All decisions on the above matters are at the management’s discretion.
